HEAD TO THE MOUNTAINS!!
Alberta resorts are open and have amazing conditions! Weather has been warmer than usual, and crowds have been manageable. That said, there's a few things you want to consider before driving towards your favourite hill:
Some hills require you to pre-purchase your lift ticket. Figure it out Before you get there!
Many mountain resorts are limiting parking, and will turn you away once parking maximums have been reached. Get there early!
You gotta wear a mask in the lift line, on the lift, and at the base area/lodge. A neck tube or buff seems acceptable, but check before you go so there's no confusion.
Lodge seating and food service is limited at resorts. Plan ahead and bring food/drinks to consume at your vehicle or in outdoor areas set aside for "brown-baggers".
All resorts are handling lift-sharing differently. Some are allowing singles to mix with cohorts, while others are not.....ask before getting to the front of the lift line if this is a concern for you.
