Out of Bounds OPEN for the Summer!

For the first time in the history of the shop, we'll be open during the summer months. With Pedalhead Bicycle Works occupying most of our main floor space, they'll be keeping core ski and snowboard items on display throughout the summer season.......our staff is basically their staff, so don't be afraid to ask them any of your winter gear questions!

Tuning and Rentals are Finished for This Season

Out of Bounds has exciting things happening in the store this year............Bikes are occupying our shop during the spring/summer season, and that means we've put our Rental Fleet away to make room for bikes and bike stuff!! Out of Bounds is also proud to announce the arrival of a brand new state-of-the-art ski/board tuning machine from Montana. Our old machine has been put out to pasture and the new rig arrives in August, so for now our workshop is closed......unless you'd like your bike tuned!

Ski/Board Tuning Resumes Oct 1

We'll be ready to fix, sharpen, wax and buff your snowboard or skis once again this October. We'll need a bit of time in September to get to know our new Montana tuner, so we're ready for you Oct. 1. This will definitely be the year to have Out of Bounds looking after your gear. See you in the fall!!

New Gear Starts Arriving Sept 15

Out of Bounds is already thinking about next snow season! Just because we're clearing out last year's gear doesn't mean we aren't focussed on bringing you some awesome new gear for 2010/11. TSG helmets will be in the shop, along with cool new poles from Leki, custom-shell fit Salomon ski boots, and an expanded selection of outerwear from our current brands.

XC skiing is a great way to stay in shape over the winter, as well as a fantastic way to enjoy winter in a city like Edmonton. Basic Classic packages start at $299.00 for skis, boots, bindings and poles........not bad to get out and have some fun this winter season.

Ski Resorts Reporting Best Conditions in Years!!
Alberta resorts have been receiving constant snow since early November. Marmot Basin recorded their earliest opening date, with incredible snow and record breaking attendance. Reports from Sunshine were similar, while both resorts just keep getting dumped on!!!
